APPARATUS OF MANUFACTURING DISPLAY DEVICE AND CONTROLLING METHOD OF THE SAME

An apparatus of manufacturing a display device and a controlling method thereof are provided to properly control an ink pressure inside a nozzle unit of a jetting member in correspondence to change of a pressure inside a chamber. An apparatus of manufacturing a display device(100) includes a receiving unit(10), a jetting member(20), a chamber(30), an ink supply unit(40), a pressure control unit(40), a gas discharge member(60), a first pressure sensor(71), a second pressure sensor(73), and a control unit. The display device(100) is received on the receiving unit(10). The jetting member(20) is formed at an upper part of the receiving unit(10). The jetting member(20) includes a plurality of nozzle units(22) and a main body(21). The plurality of nozzle units(22) discharges ink(45). The main body(21) fixes the nozzle unit(22). The chamber(30) receives the receiving unit(10) and the jetting member(20). The first pressure sensor(71) measures an ink pressure inside the nozzle unit(22). The ink supply unit(40) is installed outside the chamber(30). The ink supply unit(40) has an ink storing unit(41) which stores the ink(45). The pressure control unit(40) is connected to the ink storing unit(41) by a connecting pipe(52). The gas discharge member(60) removes gas inside the chamber(30). The second pressure sensor(73) continuously measures a pressure inside the chamber(30). The control unit controls the pressure control unit(40) which controls the ink pressure inside the nozzle unit(22).
