A power distribution method of a fuel cell hybrid system is provided to optimize a control process by using a time horizon notion as a unique tuning parameter. A power distribution method of a fuel cell hybrid system includes the steps of: determining acceleration and brake pedal values of a user, and an input power(Pem) of an electric motor(S602); setting a control variable(u(t)) during a loop from the minimum value to the maximum value(S604); reading an energy value of a fuel cell and an energy storage system(S606); calculating an object function(S608); calculating an equivalent energy conversion coefficient(S607); determining whether the object function is the minimum value(S610); and determining an optimized control variable(u*(t)) if the object function is the minimum value, and distributing power according to the optimized control variable(u*(t))(S612).
