A system and a method for the managing vehicle records by using a mobile phone are provided to automatically manage the vehicle records by connecting the mobile phone to a vehicle computer, or a computer of a company or an authority related to vehicle management, and storing the vehicle records to an ICC or a memory embedded in the mobile phone. The mobile phone(100) includes the ICC or the memory for storing personal information of a user and the vehicle records. A vehicle computer(200) automatically stores driving information such as the state of an engine, supply of oil, and driving to the ICC or the memory by including a contact or proximity communication connector attached with the mobile phone. The computer(300) of the company or the authority related to the vehicle management receives the information required for repairing the vehicle or processing business from the mobile phone, and automatically stores the vehicle record to the ICC or the memory by including the contact or proximity communication connector. |
