A machine for washing bulbs and tubers with leaves is provided to wash bulbs and tubers using a plurality of upper roller brushes and lower roller brushes and to prevent deviation of the bulbs and tubers to the outside with a first deviation preventing part and a second deviation preventing. The machine for washing bulbs and tubers with leaves comprises: a plurality of upper roller brushes(20) and lower roller brushes(22); a first deviation preventing part(30) on one side of the upper roller brushes and lower roller brushes; a second deviation preventing part(40) on another side of the upper roller brushes and lower roller brushes. The first deviation preventing part has a flat plate shape and the second deviation preventing part comprises a pulley(44) connected to a lower roller brush disposed in the outermost areas of the lower roller brushes and a belt(42) fastened to the pulley. The bulbs and tubers with leaves such as an Altari radish(50) are allowed to pass through the upper roller brushes and lower roller brushes through an inlet part(10) to wash.
