A mounting device of parts for a vehicle is provided to prevent a damage of a stud bolt and to fix a problem of repairing the stud bolt after completion of a vehicle production. A mounting device of parts for a vehicle includes a connection member(30) inserted into an assembling cavity at an ascending bend unit of an under cover and assembled with a floor panel by a stud bolt. The connection member includes a movement holding unit(31), an elastic unit(33), a groove(35), and an injecting unit(37). The movement holding unit prevents movement when the assembling member is inserted and assembled with the assembling cavity of the under cover. The elastic unit descends from outside to inside as going down. The under cover is inserted into the groove and assembled. The injecting unit is injected downwards at inside and inserted between screw threads when assembling with the stud bolt.
