The arrangement has an element e.g. motor and windscreen wiper connecting rod, of a wiping device including windscreen wipers (26) moved by a driving system (28) comprising a motor (30), and carried by a part of a projector (16) localized in proximity to a windscreen. A windscreen cleaning device includes a cleaning nozzle connected to a cleaning liquid reservoir through a supply tube. The windscreen wipers have axles connected between them by a link rod (34). An independent claim is also included for a method of assembling a wiping device on a vehicle.
