A system for processing payment is provided to enable a user to reduce burden for making a payment with a bank account, and with deferred payment giving credit or asset of the user as security at the same time in case that the payment price is over a predetermined amount. A storage medium(165) stores condition information by linking with payment tool information of the user. The condition information processes a fixed ratio of the payment price with a check card payment mode and processes the remaining part with a credit card payment mode if the payment price is over the predetermined amount. A server(110) checks the condition information, and processes the payment price by complexly applying the check card payment and the credit card payment mode if the payment price is over the predetermined amount when the user uses the payment tool.
