A treadmill having functions of measuring weight and body fat is provided to automatically measure the user's weight by installing a loadcell on a lower frame of the treadmill. A motor is rotated by the control of a microprocessor to drive a belt supported by a lower frame(11). The results of user's exercising are displayed through a display device. Load cells(20) are installed on four corners of the lower frame(11). The load cells(20) are connected to the microprocessor to measure a user's weight automatically when the user steps on the belt. An impendence electrode(30) for measuring body fat is installed on one side of the lower frame(13) or the frame constituting the running machine.
