<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the processing costs of a vehicle dispatch planning in the case of adding a visit spot to an existing vehicle dispatch plan. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicle dispatch planning device is provided with a reservation information acquiring means 10 for acquiring reference reservation information as reservation information specifying a visit spot and additional reservation information added to this information; an information acquiring means 20 for acquiring information including the location of the departure spot, the location of the visit spot and the location of the return spot of a vehicle; and a vehicle dispatch planning means 30 for planning a vehicle dispatch based on the acquired reservation information and the acquired information. The vehicle dispatch planning means 30 acquires the already formed existing vehicle dispatch plan based on the reference reservation information, and calculates additional costs in the case of including visit to the visit spot relating to the additional reservation information in the existing vehicle dispatch plan based on the additional reservation information and the other information such as the location of the visit spot, and forms a vehicle dispatch plan including visit to the visit spot relating to the additional reservation information to the existing vehicle dispatch plan based on the calculated additional costs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
