PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous fluid enclosed damper contributing to miniaturization of a disc device. SOLUTION: This viscous fluid enclosed damper 12 agitates a viscous fluid 9 sealed inside a sealed vessel 13 by interlocking with an installation groove 19 when a mechanical chassis 5 relatively moves to a casing 8. Thus, the vibration damping effect is exhibited without an agitating cylinder part such as a conventional example, and the sealed vessel 13 is reduced in size compared with the conventional example, and a clearance between the casing 8 and the mechanical chassis 5 is also reduced. An elastic support film 20 and a bellows-shaped bending part 22 formed by being fixed to the casing 8, are deformed when receiving vibration and impact, and generate viscous resistance of the viscous fluid 9 filled inside the sealed vessel 13, to thereby exhibit synergistically effective vibration damping and impact absorption by both.
