<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize the total number of visits between new patients and reserved patients. <P>SOLUTION: A reservation time guidance system has: a storage part which stores information regarding new patients in the past; an extraction part which extracts the information regarding the new patients in the past from the storage part; a new patient prediction part which predicts transition of the number of visits by new patients on a predetermined day based on the number of visits and visiting time of the new patients in the past extracted from the extraction part; and a reservation time guidance part which guides reservation period of time of reserved patients in order to equalize the total number of visits between the predicted number of visits of the new patients and the number of visits of the reserved patients in each medical examination period of time on the predetermined day, based on the prediction result of the new patient prediction part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
