PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive resin composition for a porous fuel cell separator providing a porous fuel cell separator with excellent absorbency of product water (resulting in low gas permeability) as well as with little elution of impurities (high power generating efficiency). SOLUTION: As resin for the conductive resin composition for the porous fuel cell separator containing a conductive material and resin, powdered resol type phenol resin or the like with a flow property at 125°C of 5 to 100 mm is used.
