PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine signal processing device capable of easily setting signals for output to the peripheral devices of a machine and the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of OR operation fields (first and second OR operation fields 20f1, 20f2) for setting signals that represent the states of a machine performing OR operations are provided on a setting screen 20. AND operation is carried out on the results of the OR operations of the signals set in the OR operation fields to provide an output signal. Automatic operation or semi-automatic operation is set in the first OR operation field 20f1 and measurement is set in the second OR operation field 20f2, so that OR and AND logical operations are carried out to output an output signal S-001 during the automatic or semi-automatic operation and during the measurement. Since the timing of outputting the output signal can be freely and variably set not by creating a sequence program for the output of the signal but simply by setting the signals that represent the states of the machine, a process for setting the signals for output is facilitated.
