PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wooden flooring with a finishing appearance that gives a feeling of brightness and a feeling of pearl, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This wooden flooring 100 comprises wooden base 110 and a bright coating 120 positioned on the surface 106b side of the wooden base 110 and containing a bright pigment. This method of manufacturing the wooden flooring comprises the bright coating forming step of coating the surface 110b of the wooden base 110 with a bright paint containing a bright pigment and curing the paint to form a bright coating 120.
