SEAL MEMBER AND ITS MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal member and its molding method with sufficient sealing property and less abrasion not generating slide sound and squeal noise by forming a portion elastically deformed by elastically contacted with the other member such as a door glass by the other material (specific EPDM rubber material) instead of a soft resin material.

SOLUTION: In the seal member 1 formed by at least a resin material J and a low temperature cross-linking EPDM rubber material G to be cross-linked at 150°C or lower, the elastically contacting seal part elastically deformed by elastically contacting with the other member is formed by the low temperature cross-linking EPDM rubber material G.
