<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording material which has good productivity, photograph-like high gloss, high ink absorption, crack/snapping-proofness and suitability for recycling. <P>SOLUTION: This inkjet recording material has an ink acceptance layer containing an inorganic fine particle with not more than 500 nm average secondary particle diameter as a principal component, formed on a support. In addition, the support has not less than 200" gas permeability and also has an undercoat layer containing both colloidal silica and binder in a base paper.
