PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor module having a joint structure that is resistant to vibration and low in inductance.

SOLUTION: The capacitor module including multiple capacitors is provided with a laminate formed by laminating a first wide conductor and a second wide conductor via an insulating sheet. This laminate is composed of: a first planar section on which the capacitors are placed and which is electrically connected with them; a second planar section bent from the first planar section; and joints that are respectively provided at ends of the first planar section and the second planar section and are connected with the outside.
