PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide carbon black dispersion for forming a semi-conductive polyimide belt with good electrical properties by stabilizing a dispersive state of the carbon black dispersion and retaining its good dispersive state in the belt after polymerization and belt formation, and to provide the semi-conductive polyimide belt using it, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This carbon black dispersion is one removed of electricity, wherein a spin-spin relaxation time (T<SB>2</SB>) is≤200 ms when measured at 35°C by CPMG method, and a number average particle size of the carbon black in the dispersion is ranged within 5-250 nm.
