PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash unit for a prefabricated house low in cost while securing a large entrance width. SOLUTION: This sash unit 3 includes a frame-like sash frame 5 dropped in between a pair of columns 2 of the prefabricated house 1 and supported by the pair of columns 2; a movable first sash 6 arranged on the innermost side; a movable second sash 7 arranged on the outside of the first sash 6; and a third sash 8 arranged on the outside of the second sash 7 and fixed to the left side of the sash frame 5. An outer side face 10a of a left vertical frame 10 of the first sash 6 is provided with a smoke shield 27 and a seal member 28, and an inner side face 16b of a right vertical frame 16 of the second sash 7 is provided with a smoke shield 32 and a facing surface 33. An outer side face 17a of a left vertical frame 17 of the second sash 7 is provided with the smoke shield 27 and a seal member 28, and an inner side face 22b of a right vertical frame 22 of the third sash 8 is provided with the smoke shield 32 and a facing surface 33.
