<p>A work bench module, (A, B, C, D) comprises a planar work surface (11), a storage (7, 9) space being defined in the module (A, B, C, D) below the work surface, equipment mounting means (15) being provided on which a piece of equipment (13, 19, 20) can be mounted in use, the equipment mounting means being itself mounted on the module (A, B, C, D) so as to be moveable from a retracted position in which the piece of equipment is stored in the storage cavity to an operative position in which the piece of equipment can be accessed from the exterior of the module (A, B, C, D). A work bench assembly comprising a plurality of work bench modules is also provided.</p> |
