<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar system house supplying air taken in from a lower portion of an outer wall to a sunlight heat collecting device to make heated air to be used for heating a building in winter and for improving cooling efficiency in summer, and which can respond to round-the-clock ventilation of the building. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar system house 10, air is heated by the sunlight heat collecting device 12 installed on a roof 11, and the heated air is supplied to an underfloor space 17 and a living room 18 via an intake duct 14 with a first damper 13, an air blowing control means 15, and an air duct 16. At this time, an outside wall portion ventilation passage 21 formed expanding on the inside and equipped with an air intake port 20 at the lower portion is provided to the outside wall 19.
