PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily send a live material and an edited material in the same procedures. SOLUTION: In a sending video selection terminal 11, a live material button is arranged for each input line for the live material, and an edited material button is arranged for each edited material to be recorded in a sending server 12 for the edited material. When the edited material button is pressed, the sending server 12 detects a vacant port, and allocates the sending of the material to the detected vacant port for reproduction control. A video switch 13 is changed to the allocated port, thus outputting the material as a video image on the air. More specifically, the edited material recorded in the sending server 12 is sent only by material selection operation, thus making identical the sending operation procedures of the live and edited materials, and performing program sending operation easily and reliably.
