<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulating material having cost competitive power while coping even with a complicated three-dimensional-shaped heat insulating surface by minimizing reduction in heat insulating performance when there is postprocessing such as boring, cutout and nailing when an unexpected pinhole and a crack are generated in a bag body and when there are a pipe and a projection in carrying and heat insulating construction. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the vacuum heat insulating material includes a fixing process of fixing a plurality of core materials to a first gas-barrier film, a bag body manufacturing process of making the bag body by fusing three sides by being opposed to the first gas-barrier film by superposing a second gas-barrier film, a pressure reducing-sealing process of further sealing the bag body by reducing pressure and a fusing process of fusing an unfused part of the opposed first and second gas-barrier films by heating the pressure-reduced and sealed bag body under atmospheric pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
