<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively eliminate the problem that hanger is damaged at an eye-catching part of a hanger support by its ascending/descending motion without deteriorating the holding force of a hanger. <P>SOLUTION: Rib-like projections 12c are provided at an inner edge portions 12b facing each other of a pair of hanger hanger supports 12 along its longitudinal direction, and concave sections 12d1 and 12d2 facing the clamping direction are provided at a plurality of portions of the projections 12c, while convex sections 32e capable of engaging with the concave sections 12d1 and 12d2 are provided on a presser 32. The hanger supports 12 are held by pressing presser sections A and B provided on a part of the presser 32 on a part of the hanger supports 12 at prescribed ascending/descending positions where the concave sections 12d1 and 12d2 are engaged with the convex sections 32e.
