PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance control system which is superior in conveyance efficiency, and a method of controlling the same. SOLUTION: The conveyance control system is provided with a plurality of manufacturing apparatuses to which a plurality of conveyance media are carried in and which processes the carried-in conveyance media and takes out them; a conveyance apparatus which conveys the conveyance media among the manufacturing apparatuses; and a controller which controls operations of the manufacturing apparatuses, fixes a conveyance pattern among the manufacturing apparatuses, and controls the conveyance apparatus so that it may convey the media at a constant interval of time.
