PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which has the capability of automatic operations including transfer, removal, or compression of data or file based on operation information provided in the data or the file to ensure that the desired data or file is accumulated, even if a receiver storage medium has no available free space, when the data or the file is recorded on the storage medium provided in the receiver. SOLUTION: By making them be provided with the operation information on automatic operations of the data or the file as their attributes, data and file information are managed, and automatic operations including removal, compression, transfer, or storage of data or file is performed, and the data or the file is accumulated surely, even if the storage media does not have enough free space or the like.
