PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform video and audio synchronism control so as to perform photographing with presence by performing mixing processing in an audio signal processing section on the basis of the rotating action of an imaging section. SOLUTION: In a recording device, a blurring detector 14 detects panning of an imaging section 12. A blurring corrector 16 corrects blurring of an image signal from the imaging section on the basis of a normal correction amount P from the detector 14. An image signal processor 18 applies known processing to the image signal from the blurring corrector 16, and transfers the image signal to a recording processing section 24. Audio signals of sound collection microphones 20a-20d are supplied to an audio signal processor 22. The audio signal processor 22 mixes the audio signals on the basis of the normal correction amount P and supplies a mixed audio signal to the recording processing section 24. The recording processing section 24 performs compression encoding processing upon the image signal from the device 18 and the audio signal from the audio signal processor 22, and records the result of the processing on a recording medium 26.
