PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone terminal for which whether to validate or invalidate a voice communication function in the mobile phone terminal provided with the voice communication function can be set without taking it to the service window of a common carrier, and an operation setting method in the mobile phone terminal. SOLUTION: The mobile phone terminal comprises: a voice communication part 224 for transmitting and receiving voice signals indicating voice by using radio signals including transmission source information indicating a transmission source and transmission destination information indicating a transmission destination; an incoming call signal acquisition part 221 for acquiring the radio signals when the transmission destination information of the radio signals received by an antenna 3 is the information indicating the present equipment; a transmission source information acquisition part 222 for acquiring the transmission source information from the radio signals acquired by the incoming call signal acquisition part 221; a storage part 23 for storing the transmission source information indicating a prescribed transmission source; and a voice communication control part 223 for setting the voice communication function to be invalid when the transmission source information acquired by the transmission source information acquisition part 222 and the transmission source information stored in the storage part 23 match.
