PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact electronic apparatus wherein no tool or the like is required for attachment/detachment of a decoration panel and from which the decoration panel is not easily fallen out. SOLUTION: A mobile phone disclosed herein includes the U-shaped decoration panel 4 freely attachable to/detachable from a rear case half 14, a first hook part 41 engaging with a first engagement hole 21 of the rear case half 14, and a pair of second hook parts 42, 42 respectively engaging with a pair of second engagement holes 16, 16 of the rear case half 14 are projected from a rear side of the decoration panel 4. A remove button 6 is deposited to a base end of the rear case half 14 to which the first engagement hole 21 is opened, A depressing operation of the remove button 6 releases the engagement between the first hook part and the first engagement hole 21 and thereafter the decoration panel 4 can be removed from the rear case half 14 by revolving the decoration panel 4 around both the tip parts as fulcrums, and a slope tilted surface with respect to a rotary shaft of the decoration panel 4 opposite to the base end of the second hook parts 42 is provided at the second engagement holes 16.
