PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor transistor element which operates at a high speed and can be manufactured easily by using charge transporting polyether, exhibiting high solubility or compatibility with respect to a solvent or resin and high carrier mobility. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor transistor element includes an organic semiconductor containing charge transporting polyether that contains a structure shown by Formulas (I-1) and (I-2) and a gate electrode, where Ar represents an aromatic group, T represents an aliphatic group, m represents an integer of 0-3, and X represents a substituent.
