PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust removal filter for cleaners which is resistant to entangling of waste thread and fluff and adhesion of dust of fine particles, e.g. soil dust and cloud of dust, and has excellent dust removability allowing easy removal of dust deposited on the filter. SOLUTION: The dust removal filter is used to separate dust from air and made of a resin fiber. A thin film composed of inorganic fine particles which are coated with a silane monomer having an unsaturated bond is formed on the surface of the resin fiber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
