摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a waste ion-exchange resin aggregated solidification material which is capable of efficiently and stably conducting the incineration treatment at a low cost, to provide a manufacturing device and to provide a waste ion-exchange resin aggregated solidification material. SOLUTION: The resin surface water of the waste ion-exchange resin 10 is coarsely drained off, measured by a measuring mechanism 60 and charged into a mixing tank 70. An absorption material is charged into the mixing tank 70 from the absorption material tank 30 after the measurement to absorb the residue moisture of the waste ion-exchange resin with the absorption material. Next, a combustible binder is charged into the mixing tank 70 from the combustible binder storing tank 20 after the measurement to mix the same with the mixture of the waste ion-exchange resin after the dehydration and the water absorption material after the water absorption. A calcium salt is charged into the mixing tank 70 from the calcium slat storing tank 40 after measuring the calcium salt to mix the same with the mixture of the waste ion-exchange resin and the water absorption material together with the combustible binder. The mixture 72 is kneaded and molded in the kneading molding apparatus 80 while maintaining a temperature which is the softening point or more and does not reach the melting point.
