PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system permitting good communication by causing a pet type robot to make motions which are not monotonous and unsatisfactory, and in addition, causing a player to have the sense of solidarity. SOLUTION: This communication system transmits the motion of an operator which has been performed on one communication device to the other communication device. In the communication system, the one communication device 1 is equipped with a motion detecting means 4, a feeling forming means 5, a transmitting means 6, a receiving means 7 and an information outputting means 8. In this case, the motion detecting means 4 detects the motion of the operator. The feeling forming means 5 forms and holds a feeling signal in response to the motion of the operator which has been detected by the motion detecting means 4. The transmitting means 6 transmits the feeling signal to the other communication device 3. The receiving means 7 receives the feeling signal transmitted from the other communication device 3.
