PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply middle-folding processing to paper sheets (a bundle of paper sheets) properly without breaking them. SOLUTION: This post-handling device 10 is provided with a folding plate 71 for pressing its tip fringe part against a central part of a paper sheet P (or a bundle of paper sheets P1) fed into a predetermined case body 11 from an image forming device 19 to apply middle-folding processing to the central part of the paper sheet P and a pair of middle-folding rollers 60 for letting the paper sheet P to be middle-folded pass through a nip part 66 by pressing this folding plate 71. Diameter of each middle-folding roller 60 is set so as to reduce outside diameter from a central part in the longitudinal direction toward both end parts gradually and step by step. A plurality of pressing protruding pieces 712 provided protrudedly and straight from the tip fringe part of the folding plate 71 so as to correspond to the middle-folding roller 60 are provided by avoiding a part (a large diameter roller 62) formed in the central part of the middle-folding roller 60 and having the maximum outside diameter.
