PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of pulling and storing an object like a string out of/into either of a front side and a rear side. SOLUTION: The string is spirally wound around a plurality of pulleys to change length of a string storage part by changing distance between the pulleys. Gears are combined with the pulleys, mesh with racks, rotate linearly, and can move. Combinations of the gears and pulleys are arranged at four corners of the pulley. A spring is attached to the gear and rotation force of the gear is stored as spring force so that the gear is reversely rotated by the spring force after pulling it out and the string returns into an original storage condition. Stoppers are arranged on the front side/rear side of the string to pull out the string freely while the stoppers operate.
