PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully stir a liquid by enlarging a shift of the liquid when the liquid in a liquid delivering head is stirred. SOLUTION: The liquid delivering apparatus comprises the liquid delivering head 50 which includes delivering openings that delivers the liquid, pressure chambers that communicate with the delivering openings, and energy giving elements that give an energy to the liquid delivered from the delivering openings; a solenoid valve 41 as a level moving means which retreats a liquid level located near a delivering surface 510 of the liquid delivering head 50, and a driving means which stirs the liquid in the liquid delivering head 50 by giving drive signals to the actuators of the liquid delivering head 50 while the liquid level is retreated from near the delivering surface 510.
