PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device capable of simplifying a structure of a casing on a staple unit side. SOLUTION: In the post-processing device 10, a paper sheet bundle P1 fed into a casing 11 from an image forming device 19 is stapled by a staple unit 20, and a middle folding-back unit 50 for performing the middle folding-back on the paper sheet bundle P1 is selectively fitted to the casing 11. A conveying passage R7 for the middle folding-back unit for feeding paper sheets P to the middle folding-back unit 50 while the middle folding-back unit 50 is fitted to the casing 11 is provided on the staple unit 20. A feed-out roller pair 21 for conveying the paper sheets P which is driven by transmitting the driving force of a drive motor 81 provided on the middle folding-back unit 50 side is provided on the conveying passage R7 for the middle folding-back unit.
