PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact stabilizer control device capable of quickly and smoothly switching torsion rigidity. SOLUTION: The stabilizer control device is provided with a first torsion bar 11 connected to one of a right and a left wheels and a second torsion bar 12 connected to the other of them. The stabilizer control device has a rotary member (a rotor 21) to be integrally rotated with the first torsion bar and a housing 22 for housing the rotary member freely to rotate and formed with at least two pressure chambers in the circumferential direction and united to the second torsion bar. The stabilizer control device switches a rotary valve 20 filled with fluid to any one of condition between connecting condition for hindering relative rotation between the first torsion bar and the second torsion bar by shutting the movement of the fluid to the two pressure chambers and opening condition for allowing the relative rotation by allowing the movement of the fluid to the two pressure chambers.
