A jig for vacuum evaporation coating which can assembling, disassemble and strip a deposition workpiece more promptly and simply, and which can be used semi-permanently by simply removing a deposited film, and an apparatus for opening and shutting the jig for vacuum evaporation coating are provided. A jig for vacuum evaporation coating comprises: a bed which is mounted on an inner peripheral surface of a vacuum container, and has a bottom part(110), a peripheral wall part(120), a housing groove(130), and a projection(140) for mounting; a plurality of outer surface blocking members(200) which are coupled onto an upper surface of the bed to block outer surfaces of deposition workpieces(1), and have a bottom part(210), a peripheral wall part(220), and a deposition workpiece housing groove(230), wherein projections(211) are formed on the bottom part(210) correspondingly to through holes(5) of the deposition workpieces; a jig frame(400) which is coupled onto an upper surface of the bed, and includes a frame body(410) and a housing part(420); a plurality of inner surface blocking members(500) which are connected to the jig frame and covered on the outer surface blocking members to expose deposited portions of inner surfaces of the deposition workpieces and block non-deposited portions thereof; and joining means for removably joining the bed and the jig frame with each other. The joining means includes at least a pair of left and right latches and fixing hooks(620).
