PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical socket device, capable of digitally grasping a load current value flowing through the electrical socket device, outputting the load current value to an external control apparatus, and monitoring the load current value, even from a remote location. SOLUTION: The socket device A is provided with a plurality of plugs 2 and a current-monitoring device B for monitoring the load current flowing through all the electrical apparatuses connected to the socket device A. The current-monitoring device B is provided with a detection part 20 for detecting the load current flowing through the socket device A, a display part 8, digitally displaying the load current value detected by the detection part 20, a setting part 23 for setting the current value for notification, a notification part 12 for notifying that the load current value detected by the detection part 20 has exceeded the set current value, and a control part 22 for deciding whether the current value, detected by the detection part 20 exceeds the set value and deciding whether to activate the notification part 12.
