METHOD OF MEASURING TEMPERATURE OF EXHAUST GAS FROM WASTE INCINERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure accurately the temperature of exhaust gas flowing into high temperature-heat exchangers in order to prevent damage of heat transfer tubes in high temperature-heat exchangers of combustion fusion furnaces. SOLUTION: In the method of measuring the temperature of the exhaust gas, a two-colored radiation thermometer with infrared sensing element of Si is used to measure radiation energy, at the two different wavelengths in the range of 0.7 to 1.1-μm and 0.97 to 1.1-μm, emitted from the dust contained in the exhaust gas 8 flowing into a high temperature-heat exchanger 3.
