<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of maintaining a peripheral part of terminal insertion holes on upper face of a bottom plate of a housing in flat state, of which fitting force between terminal insertion parts of the terminal and the terminal insertion holes is increased by an anchor effect of an anchor convex part and an anchor recessed part, to prevent the terminals from coming off from the housing. <P>SOLUTION: A connector body has a terminal holding plate having the terminal insertion holes, and the terminal has the insertion part to be fitted into the terminal insertion hole and a connection part connected to a front end part in fitting direction of the insertion part. The insertion part has the anchor convex part protruding outward from side face, to be thrusted into a side wall of the terminal insertion hole, and the anchor recessed part recessed inward formed at a position adjacent to front side of the anchor convex part in insertion direction.
