PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly distribute a driving moment matched to a function to wheels of an axle by a control device. SOLUTION: The control devices 11, 12 have a mechanical control element 13 and a hydrostatic control element 14, both control elements 13, 14 are co-operated, and prescribed driving torque is distributed to each of the wheels 3, 4 of an automobile 1 through both control elements 13, 14.
