PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advantage capable of eliminating a problem as to a large cone angle in a circular orbit cone beam CT of high inspection speed not requiring rotation, by an imaging system of the present invention adopting a linear locus scan, capable of restoring a tomographic or stereoscopic image using a linear filtering reverse projection algorithm to provide the stereoscopic image truly. SOLUTION: This imaging system is provided with a radiation generator including at least one radiation source to generate a radiation, a data collector including a detector array installed opposedly to the radiation source to acquire a projection data by receiving the radiation transmitted through an inspected object, a moving device for moving linearly the inspected object located between the radiation source and the detector array relatively to the radiation source and the detector array, in an inspection process, and a control/image processing device for controlling the radiation generator, the data collector and the moving device, and for restoring the image of the inspected object from the projection data.
