PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform cutting or end face processing of a shroud such as a core shroud or a shroud support cylinder automatically, efficiently, highly accurately and easily by a remote work on the field. SOLUTION: This device has a constitution wherein frames 12, 13, 14 fixed and installed on a lower part of the shroud 2, a structure in the reactor or a reactor vessel are provided, and the frames have a support means 16 capable of adjusting the height in the reactor, and horizontality can be set by height adjustment by the support means.
