PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out efficiently emission of white light in the white light emitting element. SOLUTION: The optical distance between an anode 10 and a cathode 24 including a red luminous layer 16 and a blue luminous layer 18 or the like and the thickness including the anode 10 of the light emitting element are made such a thickness in which the red light and the blue light can be reinforced by interference.
