PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a conventional television relay transmitter and an installation method thereof so as to reduce the term of works at a site (installation place) required for installation of a television relay transmitter disclosed herein and to enhance the workability of the setup and apparatus adjustment. SOLUTION: The television relay transmitter is built in a station office box at a factory under a well-arranged working environment to manufacture the television relay transmitter with the station office box (from step 1 to step 2), the television relay transmitter with the station office box is adjusted (step 3), and thereafter the television relay transmitter with the station office box is transported to the installation place and installed thereat (from step 4 to step 5).
