PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump capable of eliminating generation of excessive load caused by variation of pump load and miniaturizing the pump itself, and an ink jet recording device using the same. SOLUTION: This tube pump is provided with a tube 2 arranged on an inner surface 1a of a case member, an eccentric shaft 10 pivotally supported on a rotation center and including an eccentric part 10b, a roller 9 fitting to the eccentric part, and a tube receiving members 6, 7 arranged with corresponding to both end side of the tube. The each tube receiving member can move between a first position in which the same touches the tube with arc parts 6c, 7c and a second position the same retreats to an outside of the case member.
