PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform optimum washing corresponding to the situation of a cooker without troubling a programmer. SOLUTION: The washing work includes processes for: rinsing by charging rinsing water for washing; washing manually in a water discharging state; charging an alkaline agent; and rinsing with raw water. A process sequence program is prepared to every process. A worker can create a desired washing pattern using a washing registering picture, register it, and resister a parameter needed to operate the respective process sequences using an input box of the washing registering picture together with the washing pattern.
