PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller capable of properly and quantitatively setting the control gain or time constant of an object to be driven by using information on the acceleration of the object, and to provide an adjusting device having a function for adjusting the control gain or the time constant.

SOLUTION: The controller 10 has a control gain correction part 18 which corrects the control gain of a velocity instruction generation part 14 and a current instruction generation part 16 by using the acceleration detection value of the object 3 to be driven by a first acceleration sensor 6.
